I have a wholesale account - how long will my order take?
Once confirmed, your order will be processed and can take 2-3 working days for dispatch.
You can request next day delivery via DPD for an extra cost and if required Saturday delivery. Please check with the office directly about the delivery options.
I have a wholesale account -do you offer next day service?
For all next day orders, you order must be confirmed (and paid for) before 2pm.
I do not have a business but want to order, how can I find out stockists?

Can I return any items?
We do not accept returned items from our wholesale clients unless any item is faulty.
What do I do if my item is faulty?

Can I dye the hair?
You can re-colour Virgin Gold hair, as this is natural hair and has never been chemically treated before. All other hair has already been treated and therefore we cannot be held liable as the hair has already been saturated with colour and may react with additional chemicals.
What does Remy Hair mean?
Remy is cutically aligned human hair, for great quality.
What does Virgin Hair Mean?
Virgin hair means the hair is natural and has not undergone any chemical processing.
How many packs of hair will I need for a full head?
RECOMMENDED WEAVE PACKS PER HEAD (this should only be used as a guideline - each depends on the style and individual.)
For Afro-Caribbean texture hair - 300g per head (plus closure of 85g), plus additional dependent on the level of style required.
For European, Causcian texture hair - 100g per head plus additional dependent on level of style required.
What do you colour codes mean?
We haven’t initially made our colour coding difficult.
Generally speaking, the higher the number the lighter the shade - the darkest 1 is a jet black, 1B - barely black, 2 - black / brown and colour 4 being a chocolate brown, these form our base colours, whilst the colours 613 is our most popular blonde shade.
DEFINITION OF COLOUR CATEGORIES:
DYTT - The front & crown section have an equal mix of base and highlight colour, while the nape has a solid base colour.
F- two contrasting colours equally alternated vertically in 2 or 3 sections.
TT - A 50/50 mix of 2 shades with a base colour running from the top and a highlight colour running from the middle to the ends of the hair.
DML - Colours fade horizontally from dark to light (or vice versa).
RT - Roots in a darker shade.
DYA - The front and crown section have an equal mix of a base and highlighting. colour while the nape has a solid base colour. At front of the wig a small streaked section of the base colour runs vertically from the crown.
FS - 90% base colour with the remaining 10% sprinkled across the hair as highlight colour. P - Side by side streaks of 2 contrasting colours.
T - A mix of 2 shades with a base colour and highlight colour running from the top and the same highlight colour running from the middle to the ends of hair.
HL - A highlight colour runs along the lower length of the front section of the wig.
AL -A small streak of a prominent highlight colour runs along the section of the ponytail.
DUFL - A mixture of the base and highlight colour sprinkled across the crown section of the wig, while the remainder of the wig has a solid base colour.
